Thank you for your letter to Mr. Goldin of August 12, 1996. In that letter you requested a response to an earlier letter to Mr. Goldin dated July 9, 1996. We have attempted to locate your earlier letter, but have been unsuccessful so far. If you would please provide me with a copy of your July 9 letter, I will attempt to address your questions.
